Wonder Phone accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee is deducted from every refund — factor this in before initiating a return.

Direct Purchases Only

This return/refund process applies only when the phone was purchased directly from Wonder — at wondersimple.com or through a direct Wonder order. If the phone was bought through an independent local retailer or authorized dealer instead, Wonder never received that payment and has no order number to authorize a return against — the sale, and any return or refund on it, is between the customer and that store, not Wonder.

Not sure which applies? Wonder can only look up an order that was placed directly with us. If we can't find an order under the customer's name, phone, or email, treat it as a dealer purchase and don't offer this refund process — see Warranty vs. Refund below for what's still available.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. On a $399.99 phone, this means approximately $100 is deducted and the refund would be roughly $300. There are no exceptions listed to this fee.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The phone must have been purchased directly from Wonder (see Direct Purchases Only above).
  • The item must be unused or in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to Return

By mail:

  1. Email support@wondersimple.com with your order number to request a return authorization.
  2. Wonder will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship the item back using that label.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Wonder does not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original through the process above and place a new order at wondersimple.com.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after Wonder receives and inspects the returned item.

Warranty vs. Refund

The 14-day refund above is separate from the 1-year hardware warranty, which covers repair or replacement of a defective phone at no charge. Unlike the refund, the warranty applies no matter where the phone was purchased — direct from Wonder or through a local dealer — since it covers the hardware itself, not the sale. If a customer isn't eligible for a refund (past the 14-day window, or bought through a dealer), they may still be fully covered for a free repair or replacement under warranty.
